Click n Collect is a new and convenient way for you to collect your online orders. Shop online anytime, and collect your purchase at a Naelofar store of your choice at TTDI Luxe, IOI City Mall, KL East Mall, Setia City Mall, NU Sentral Shopping Centre, and AEON Nilai.

Do I have to pay for the Click n Collect service?
The service is completely free, with no minimum spend required.
How will I know if my items ready?
You’ll get notified via Email, WhatsApp and Mobile App once your order is ready for collection.

You can collect your order at your choice of selected Naelofar Store at TTDI Luxe, IOI City Mall, KL East Mall, Setia City Mall or NU Sentral Shopping Centre.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?
Your order will take 2 - 4 working days to arrive at the store you’ve selected.
How do I collect my order?
At your selected Naelofar store, present your Order ID to the cashier. Your Order ID can be found in the collection notification you received from Naelofar.
Order ID example: MY12345678 OR APP12345678
When can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from the moment you receive the notification to collect, up to 7 days of receiving the notification for collection.
What if I can't collect my Click n Collect order on time?
Your order will be automatically cancelled after a certain timeframe and returned to our warehouse. Alternatively, you can authorize someone else to collect your order on your behalf. They will need to present your order ID notification or confirmation email at the store.
Important Notes:
- A RM10 administration fee applies to all cancelled Click & Collect orders. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Please safeguard your order ID and email confirmation. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from any third-party collection (e.g., Grab, Lalamove, representative).
- The refund process for cancelled orders can take up to 14 business days. Additional charges may apply for returning the item to our warehouse.
What if I need to cancel my Click n Collect order?
Please email us at
[email protected], providing your Order ID, Name, and Email address, with the subject title: “Order Cancellation”.
Please note that there will be an additional administrative fee is chargeable for all confirmed (Paid) orders, if:
1. Order Not Shipped (under Processing): If you cancel a paid order that has not been shipped to the store, a RM5 administrative fee will be charged when cancellation is made.
2. Order Shipped/Arrived in Store: If you cancel a paid order that has been shipped/is in transit/arrived (out of warehouse) to the store, a RM10 administrative fee will be charged when cancellation is made.
3. Change of Shipping Method: If you request to change the mode of shipping of a Click and Collect order, the above-mentioned fees will be imposed accordingly.
