To ensure a smooth and efficient same-day delivery experience, please review the following Grab Express Same-Day Delivery Terms & Conditions. By selecting Grab Express as your delivery method, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Cut-Off (Weekdays):
- Same-day delivery orders are accepted from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on working days only.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.
Service Availability/Blackout Periods:
- Service is unavailable during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Malaysian public holidays.
- Temporary interruptions may occur due to rider availability, severe weather, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Delivery Timeline:
- Delivery is estimated within 4–6 hours from order confirmation and successful payment verification.
- Delivery timing may vary depending on rider availability, traffic conditions, weather, and peak-hour operational delays.
Delivery Coverage:
- Grab Express delivery is available within selected Klang Valley areas only and is subject to Grab operational coverage.
Parcel Restrictions:
- Maximum weight: 3kg
- Maximum dimensions: 30cm (L) x 30cm (W) x 10cm (H)
Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully verified.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details and contact information are accurate and complete.
Liability & Delivery Confirmation:
- Once the parcel has been handed over to the Grab rider, delivery handling will follow Grab Express operational procedures.
- The company shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Amendments:

How to get my order delivered in a GO FAR delivery box?
Receive a complimentary GO FAR delivery box with a minimum spend of RM200 in a single transaction. For orders below RM200, you can still opt for the box by adding it to your order for only RM9 during the checkout process.

Exclusions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for the GO FAR delivery box due to their size and dimensions:
- All Sejadahs (Prayer Mats)
- All Bags (including Lanyards and Wristlets)
- Any products that exceed the standard dimensions of the delivery box.
How do I get my order shipped in A Gift Box?
For an additional RM19, you may upgrade your order to our premium Gift Box packaging. Each box is elegantly finished with a customized Naelofar ribbon and includes a physical card for you to personalize.
Important Details Item Capacity: Due to specific dimensions, there is a limit to the number of items that can fit into one box. If your order exceeds this capacity, the additional items will be packaged separately. Exclusions: Larger items—including bags, telekung, clothing, and sejadah—cannot be accommodated in the Gift Box.
